AFCEA International, established in 1946, is a non-profit membership
association serving the military, government, industry, and academia as
an ethical forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships
in the fields of communications, IT, intelligence, and global security.
AFCEA's Criteria for Acceptance

Requirement(s) for all Team Members |
| U.S. Government |
- Must hold a U.S. citizenship
- Must work in a U.S. Government position at a Federal, State, or Local
Government agency. This excludes contractors.

If under the age of 18, must provide a completed
DC3 Permission
to Participate Form at time of team registration.

Meet all other Challenge Rules requirements.

| U.S. Military |
- Must hold a U.S. citizenship
- Must work in a U.S. Military position that is a military member or
civil servant. This excludes contractors.

DC3 Permission
to Participate Form at time of team registration.

Meet all other Challenge Rules requirements.

| U.S. Undergraduate |
- Must hold a U.S. citizenship

Must be actively attending as a student to a U.S. Undergraduate
College upon submission of their last result as per the academic
Challenge Rules.
