| Overall Civilian |
- May be either a US and/or non-US citizen.
- Will be responsible for travel arrangements and costs.

If under the age of 18, must provide a completed
DC3 Permission
to Participate Form at time of team registration.

Meet all other Challenge Rules requirements.

| Overall Commercial |
- May be either a US and/or non-US citizen.
- Must be employed for a Commercial/Private Sector representing their company. This includes contractors that work for Military, Federal, State and Local Government agencies.
- Will be responsible for travel arrangements and costs.

If under the age of 18, must provide a completed
DC3 Permission
to Participate Form at time of team registration.

Meet all other Challenge Rules requirements.

| Overall High School |
- May be either a US and/or non-US citizen.

Must be actively attending as a student to a High School
upon submission of their last result as per the academic Challenge
Rules.

If under the age of 18, must provide a completed
DC3 Permission
to Participate Form at time of team registration.

- Must hold a US citizenship
- Must work in a US Government position at a Federal, State, or Local
Government agency. This excludes contractors.

- Must hold a US citizenship
- Must work in a US Military position that is a military member or
civil servant. This excludes contractors.
