Log File Tips
Our research has shown that submitting log files in electronic form is preferable to paper.
If network intrusion detection logs or other detection type logs are associated with the respective investigation (i.e. ASIM logs, Government Sniffer logs, etc.) please provide them in electronic formats if possible.
Electronic log files enhances our analyst’s ability to interpret the logs more effectively, providing a better result for you. We will process paper logs, however, an increased time may be associated with your request.
