Premier cyber training built for mission readiness

The DC3 Cyber Training Academy delivers premier cyber training to Department of War personnel, preparing them to protect defense information systems from a spectrum of threats.

Since 1998, CTA has trained key defensive cyber operators across the enterprise, including criminal investigative, counterintelligence, and Cyber Mission Force personnel.

With a catalog of over 35 courses, the Academy provides training through multiple formats, including in-residence, self-paced online, and instructor-led virtual forums.

Students may apply for training via the Academy’s Cyber Learning Management Environment portal, accessible on the internet at https://www.dcita.edu/.

This website is the student’s primary means of discovering and accessing all Cyber Training Academy content and courses.

CyberCast webinars

CyberCast Webinars

Through the CLME, Cyber Training Academy routinely provides CyberCasts, which are prerecorded webinars that feature instructors presenting current cyber topics, such as new software demonstrations, cutting-edge techniques, and emerging threats and technologies.

These CyberCasts are available to all personnel with CLME accounts at no additional cost.

Accreditation and continuing education

Accreditation

The Cyber Training Academy is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education, the International Association for Continuing Education and Training, the Computing Technology Industry Association, and the American Council on Education.

Select CTA courses confer college credits, while CyberCasts and other learning materials provide Continuing Education Units used to meet certification requirements set forth in DoD Directive 8140.01, “Cyberspace Workforce Management.”
