Cyber Forensics Laboratory Conquers Mobile Device Barriers

So far during fiscal year 2019, law enforcement and other cyber forensics customers have submitted more than 500 cellphones and other mobile devices to the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber Forensic Laboratory for examination. Despite the challenges associated with extracting data from mobile devices, the  Cyber Forensic Laboratory  has successfully retrieved data from more than 90 percent of the devices received.
